Types of Billing

My services are available in two formats. I bill hourly for most simple tasks. I also encourage organizations that would like to make use of my time regularly to consider a support contract. The contract provides greater value in appreciation for regularly making use of my services. Ask about my special non-profit rate if you are a church or Christian ministry.

For larger jobs with clear objectives and an end point, I am willing to consider a contract. We will negotiate appropriate compensation for the task as seems pleasing to you and me.

Hourly Price

Jobs completed by the hour will be billed on the competitive rate of $50/hr. This will be billed in 15 minute increments.

Website Hosting

My hosting of your website includes a much more complete package than you'll find in most other website hosting environments. Not only do you get the space to host, but also professional software to build an interactive and cutting-edge website that is capable of allowing your visitors to share information and your staff to easily post new content without any knowledge of the technology behind it.

Hosting includes the following services and costs $12 per month.

• industry standard uptime
• hosting of a drupal version 6 site
• maintenance of the Drupal installation & hosting environment
• maintenance of the underlying system
• tracking and applying security updates as needed
• review and, upon quality approval, installation of drupal themes and modules to enhance your site
• site backups sent to you upon request
• 3Gb of bandwidth
• 1Gb of storage (+$1 per Gig/month)

Email+ Hosting

Like my website hosting, my email hosting package is more complete than you'll find elsewhere. Using Google Apps to host your email, you'll get gain access to email, calendaring and collaborative documents. I'll also provide you with administration and support for these services.

Support Contracts

A support contract is a set of hours provided at a discount rate in appreciation for using my services regularly. These contract hours may be used against any off-site work during regular business hours or arranged ahead of time. Work requested as an emergency outside those hours or at your location may be charged at the regular hourly fee.

Emergency Service

Emergency availability may be setup on an as-needed basis. This will provide access to me outside typical hours of availability and without prior arrangement. Cost will be determined at time of setup. Typical emergency hourly rates will be double the base hourly rate.
